2. Are your seeds viable [Do your seeds grow]?
If taken to a country where it is legal to germinate cannabis seeds, yes, they
grow. We offer you the highest possible quality. All seeds are sold as souvenirs.
We do not condone any illegal use of our products.

3. How do you recommend storing Cannabis seeds?
To prevent the accidental germination of seeds, store in waterproof, lightproof
container. A quality coin deposit box is recommended and this also has a lock
to protect your valuable collection.

4. What does a delivery look like?
Once you have placed your order, you will promptly receive a plain, padded (bubble)
envelope delivered by post. Your seeds are inside the original packaging inside
the padded envelope. For stealth delivery we use various shipping methods for
best secure reasons we can not give more details. You will get a untraceable package,
you have to be able to find your goods well hidden somewhere inside this package.
Orders outside Europe will arrive within 14-21 business days (Business days are
Monday-Friday).
Discreet delivery world-wide for free! All seed-packages contain 10 seeds, we
send all seeds by Priority mail in plain packaging with no indication to the contents.

5. How do I know you won't keep my money and never send any seeds?
If we did not send goods, the news would spread quickly and we would end up without
a business, which after all the hard work we've put into it, would be ridiculous.
Also one of the main reasons that we put our business on the web is to provide
the good, honest and efficient service that our customers deserve. We've heard
of too many sites that either never send seeds or send inferior quality ones.

6. How soon will my seeds be sent?
After the payment has been settled we will ship your order on the next shipping
day, once a week all paid orders will be send. We would prefer to send goods immediately,
but we have experienced an unacceptable level of fraudulent orders. We apologise
in advance to our genuine customers. Shipping time also depends on the speed of
the postal service in your country. Usually you will receive your seeds within
2-3 weeks.

7. Can you ensure me that ordering online from your site is safe?
Yes! Our shop uses SSL security.
Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an
encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all
data passed between the web server and browser remain private and integral. SSL
is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection
of their online transactions with their customers. In order to be able to generate
an SSL link, a web server requires an SSL Certificate. InstantSSL is such a Certificate,

8. Is it safe to use a credit card?
Absolutely. To protect you and your credit card information every time you shop,
you are shopping on a secure server that encrypts all of your personal information,
including name, address, and credit card number. We use a 128 bit secure SSL payment
service for all our credit card payments. Encryption ensures that no one can access
or use your personal information.

10. How can I check on my orders? Will I be able to track the package?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order
has been shipped. You may track your order by simply by logging in with your account.

11. Why was my valid credit card declined when I placed my order?
If you received an error message after entering your valid credit card information,
it may be because your billing name or address does not match the information
on your credit card statement. For your order to be processed, this information
must be exactly the same. In the Billing Information page, enter the address that
appears on your current credit card billing statement. If this does not resolve
the issue, you may wish to contact your credit card company for further assistance.

12. How will I know that you've received my order?
You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the items you have ordered to you
as soon as we receive your order.

13. What happens when I create an account?
When you create an account with us we store all of the information that you would
normally enter during the checkout process except for your credit card information.
It is for your convenience, so next time you shop with us, you won't have to re-enter
the same information over again. You also get one click order tracking once you
have placed an order.

14. What if my order or parts of my order are confiscated by customs?
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs
will not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility
for orders confiscated by customs. Responsibility and Disclaimer: You personally
take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. When shipping to European
countries, most times your order won't go through the customs at all. If importing
or owning smoking accessories or related products is illegal in any country or
part of country, we accept no responsibility as to verifying the legitimacy of
the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be
kept or destroyed by local authorities.

15. If I give you my email address will I get junk mail?
No. We never release any information about our customers to any third party. We
take your privacy and security very seriously. You can delete all records of yourself
by removing the information from your account at any time.
